Participants wishing to book their hotel accommodation are kindly requested to follow the instruction on the online registration form. Please note that the Organizing Secretariat required a booking agency commission of Euro 12,50 per reservation. Reservations through Sistema Congressi will be accepted until September 30 ; room availability cannot be guaranteed after this date. Hotel reservation section is available on the online registration form. A special room block has been negotiated for ASSET 2007 participants at the Hotel Galileo (H1 on the map), located only 500 mt. away from the Via Bassi-Meeting Venue. All rates are per room, per night, breakfast and taxes included. The hotel voucher will be emailed no later than October 22. To guarantee your accommodation, payment equivalent to 1 night stay is requested, to be deducted from the final bill to be settled at the Hotel before departure. A receipt for your full stay will be issued by the hotel upon departure. HOTEL CANCELLATIONS Reservation changes will only be possible before September 30. After that, Sistema Congressi reserves the right to charge additional € 25,00 for reservation changes. No-shows might be charged for the entire stay, depending on the hotel cancellation policy. PhD STUDENTS ACCOMMODATION Ph.D. students have the possibility to book their accommodation choosing one of the following Students’ Residences: Copernico Residence-Villa Liberty, Via Tiepolo, 54 (H5 on the map) La Nave Residence-Fondazione Gini, Via Portello 15 (H6 on the map) Rates:
Copernico Residence-Villa Liberty offers three single rooms and six double rooms. La Nave Residence-Fondazione Gini offers six two-bed-Apartments (equipped with a kitchenette) for 3 Night Minimum Stay. Allocation of rooms and Apartments is subjected to availability. Reservations for double rooms and two-bed-Apartments will be accepted only if requested in pair. No booking agency commission is required. Ph.D. students interested in accommodation booking should contact asset2007@unipd.it indicating their name and surname, address, passport /identity card number, arriving, leaving (specifying the exact number of nights they intend to stay). Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), credit transfer or in cash on site. Reservations will be accepted until September 30. Cancellation Policy is 3 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made after this time will incur the cost of three nights. |
