Information for our Technical and Administrative Staff

Our technical and administrative staff and collaborators have resumed part of their work in presence both in “Via del Santo” and “Via Bassi 1”.

Please note that this return in presence is carried out on a voluntary and rotating basis in order to avoid the presence of more than one person at a time in the same work space.

Most technical and administrative support is still taking place remotely.

If in-person support by a member of administrative staff is necessary, it is possible to arrange an appointment in advance by sending an email with the subject "appointment request" to the usual institutional addresses:

Regarding the organisation of presence in our buildings, we kindly invite you to read the “Protocollo di contrasto e contenimento del virus SARS – COV- 2” issued by the University on 29/04, and to fill the access declaration form. Personal protective equipment (surgical masks and disposable latex gloves), bottles of sanitizing gel, detergents and paper rolls (necessary to clean the office’s desks) are in ““Via del Santo 33” and “Via Bassi 1”. We remind you to keep at least 1.5 meters safety distance between individuals and invite all our staff to adopt the appropriate precautions when using common spaces in order to reduce the risk of contamination and propagation.
