On International Women's Day, our department is opening a reflection on gender inclusion and equality.

Thanks to the work of our department's Ethics, Responsibility, Sustainability (ERS) Commission, an organizational climate survey targeting the department’s faculty, PhD students and administrative and technical staff on issues of ethics, inclusion and sustainability at dSEA University of Padua has been launched today.

The survey is among the initiatives that the ERS Commission has launched as part of a project to monitor and improve the work environment.
