
Carlo Buratti Multifunctional Laboratory of Economics and Management (LEM)
The "Carlo Buratti" Multifunctional Laboratory of Economics and Management (LEM) is a new facility located on the second floor of the Department of Economics and Management, Via Bassi 1 (Padova).
The dSEA has equipped this computer lab with 80 workstations for :
- teaching activities (lectures and exercises)
- evaluation activities ( admission tests; exams, teaching)
- research activities ( access to financial databases; experimental laboratory with control station and 40 isolated stations).
The LEM also features the Virtual Laboratory VLEM, an infrastructure for desktop virtualization and high performance computing (HPC) with virtual desktops accessible 24x7 that can accommodate powerful CPU or GPU needs.
