The 8th edition of Meet Your Future 2025 is organized in collaboration with the Alumni Association of the University of Padua and with the participation of the Chapter Economia Alumni.

The event is aimed at our third-year Bachelor's degree in Economics and Master's degree students and recent Economics graduates (classes will be suspended on that day to allow students to participate in the event).

The Department invests in training opportunities to enhance students' awareness and acquire both hard and soft skills crucially demanded by the job market, such as soft skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, the ability to tackle complexity, and communication.

The programme includes meeting with managers and professionals from various business sectors. These sessions aim to provide more information on the transition from university to employment, the sought-after skills, and useful strategies for successfully managing the recruitment and selection process.

In the morning, there will be roundtable discussions held in Classroom 12-14 at Via Bassi 1: 

• from 9:15 to 10:30 AM, alumni will share their academic and professional experiences; 
• from 11:00 to 12:45 AM, host companies introduce themselves.

In the afternoon, from 14:30 to 17:30, at the NH Hotel in Padua ( just a 5-minute walk from Via Bassi) 21 companies will offer speed Interviews.
