The 7th edition of Meet Your Future 2024 is organized in collaboration with the Alumni Association of the University of Padua and with the participation of the Chapter Economia Alumni.

The event is aimed at our third-year Bachelor's degree in Economics and Master's degree students, recent Economics graduates, and alumni.

The Department invests in training opportunities to enhance students' awareness and acquire both hard and soft skills crucially demanded by the job market, such as soft skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, the ability to tackle complexity, and communication.

The program includes meeting with managers and professionals from various business sectors. These sessions aim to provide more information on the transition from university to employment, the sought-after skills, and useful strategies for successfully managing the recruitment and selection process.

In the morning, two roundtable discussions will be held with Alumni and HR Managers in via Bassi 1, Padua. In the afternoon, there will be speed interviews with companies at the NH Hotel in Padua.
