Soft skills such as problem-solving, ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, critical thinking and communication are becoming crucial competencies even in a world where technology becomes more pervasive and seems able to take over also some cognitive tasks.

That's why at dSEA we strongly believe that matching hard skills and soft skills is crucial not only to deliver a unique academic experience but also to boost the employability of all our graduate students.

Meet Your Future 2021 is the event — co-organized with the Alumni association of the University of Padova — in which Master's degree students will have the opportunity to interact with Alumni of dSEA and to learn more about their professional experience. They will also interact with HR managers to get insights on the skills they are looking for as well as how to apply and successfully pass through the recruiting and selection process.

This year Meet Your Future will move fully online and thanks to the opportunities offered by digital technologies we are organizing 3 events dedicated to specific industries:
