Salary and Workload: the annual gross salary is approx—€ 33.000 (not negotiable). The position is full-time research (Teaching can be negotiated on top and up to 50 hours per year. Conditional on the winner’s needs).

The Department of Economics and Management of the University of Padua invites applications for a two years postdoctoral position starting in the Summer of 2023. Applications by candidates of any nationality are welcome. Knowledge of English is a necessary requisite. Successful candidates are expected to do qualitative and quantitative research activities and submit at least an article in a three stars CABS ranked journal, in addition, to contributing to the intellectual environment of the dSEA.

Job Description and Position
The dSEA is seeking to fill a position in the following area:
Business organization and human resource management
The ideal candidate should have expertise in the area of business organization and human resource management with some specificities for sustainability and organizational resilience, adequate quantitative and qualitative research skills and a completed PhD. The successful candidate will be asked to join the business organization and human resource management research team and work in collaboration with senior researchers on a stimulating research project about (a) analysis of variables and factors determining the vulnerability of organizations; (b) development of metrics and guidelines guiding companies in designing strategies and mechanisms for maximizing resilience and sustainability i.e. how can they become more flexible, agile and sustainable, while stimulating talent in the companies.
