Unicredit Foundation awards the excellent research of dSEA
The "Marco Fanno" Department of Economics and Business Studies has won the second edition of the prestigious Marco Fanno PhD Research Grant awarded by UniCredit Foundation to the two best departments of Economics and Finance among Italian universities.
Among the lines of funding from UniCredit Foundation in past years:
- Top-up Foscolo Europe Fellowship. Leonardo Madio was the winner of the 5th edition of the Foscolo Europe Fellowship Top-Up for the 2020-2023 period.
- Marco Fanno Fellowship 2015 - 2025. Riccardo Domenico Saulle was the winner of the Marco Fanno Fellowship for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.
- Marco Fanno Fellowships - 6th edition: open procedure (Selection procedure no. 2024RTT02) for the allocation of 1 tenure-track researcher position (RTT), SSD SECS-P/01 - Political Economy. The Marco Fanno Fellowships was awarded to the three best Departments or Research Institutes in Economics and Finance, among those present in the 14 countries where UniCredit operates, in order to facilitate their participation in the US or European job market.
The Department wishes to express its deep gratitude to UniCredit Foundation for the significant funding granted, which enhances competitiveness in the job market for junior positions and PhD programs.
Thanks to high-quality scientific research, the Department is able to attract young researchers with increasingly interesting international profiles, capable of making a valuable contribution to our research activity.
