Entry Requirements

Admission procedure
Admission to the Bachelor's degree in Economics, Governance and Decision-Making (EGDM) is subject to a selection process based on the CEnT-S test (CISIA English Test) and on a certified proficiency in English.
All information concerning application procedures, deadlines, and admission rounds is specified in the official Admission Notice (to be published).
For the academic year 2026/27, EGDM offers 150 places for EU and Equated candidates and 30 places for non-EU candidates residing outside Italy.
Admission eligibility
To be admitted to EGDM, applicants are required to take the CEnT-S test, administered by CISIA. Information on registration, test format and content, available test sessions, and regulations is available on the CISIA website.
The test is organised into macro-periods and candidates can take the test ONLY ONCE per macro-period.
NON-EU Applicants residing outside Italy
For A.Y. 2026-27 NON-EU applicants residing outside Italy can participate in the selection process ONLY with the test results obtained in one of the first two macro-periods.
Here are the dates concerning the first two macro-periods:
First macro-period (November 2025-January 2026):
- 27 November 2025
- 16 December 2025
- 15 January 2026
Second macro-period (February 2026 – March 2026)
- 19 February 2026
- 26 February 2026
- 12 March 2026
Enrolment in the test can be done exclusively through the CISIA portal and according to the CISIA instructions.
EU and Equated Applicants
For A.Y. 2026-27 EU and Equated applicants should refer to the Admission Notice (to be published) and to the CISIA website for the dates of the valid macro-periods.
Admission test (CEnT-S)
The CEnT-S test has five sections: Mathematics, Reasoning on texts and data, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Please note: Admission to EGDM is based ONLY on two sections: Mathematics and Reasoning on texts and data. These two sections include a total of 30 questions. To participate in the EGDM programme selection process, an applicant must answer at least 10 questions correctly.

NON-EU applicants residing outside Italy

The programme has 30 available places for NON-EU applicants residing outside Italy which are assigned through a ranking list of admitted students. Admission rankings are based on the highest score obtained by each candidate in the CEnT-S test within the deadlines established in the Admission Notice.
For A.Y. 2026/2027, NON-EU applicants residing outside Italy will need to submit their application though the Application Platform within the following Call for Applications:
- Call One for Non-EU applicants: 7 January 2026 - 7 March 2026 Call for admissions
You can apply for a degree programme only once per Academic Year

EU and Equated applicants

English language requirement
A knowledge of English at level B2 (CEFR) or higher is required for admission.
Applicants must verify the English language requirement according to the instructions published by the Admission and Welcome Unit - Global Engagement Office in the dedicated webpage where all the accepted certificates and the deadlines for upload can be found.
