How (do) industrial districts and value chain positioning affect firm sustainability orientation? Evidence from the Italian fashion industry
Using data from 1,083 Italian fashion firms, Silvia Rita Sedita, Amir Maghssudipour and Thomas Bassetti (DSEA - University of Padua), find that firms located in industrial districts show a stronger environmental sustainability orientation, particularly B2B firms.
