The Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability (ERS) Committee of dSEA promotes the integration of the principles of Inclusion and Diversity, Environmental Sustainability, and Ethics across the Department’s research, teaching, third mission activities, and governance.

The Committee’s work is organized around three key areas:

Inclusion and Diversity – promoting equal opportunities, valuing diversity, and fostering a welcoming and respectful environment.

Environmental Sustainability – encouraging practices and behaviours that support environmental sustainability and responsible use of resources.

Ethics – promoting integrity, responsibility, and fairness in academic and professional activities.
