Organization and human resource management

The Organization and human resource management research area gathers scholars mainly interested in studying the organizational development of firms and of their employees. Adopting both an organizational and an individual perspective, the members share the interest in understanding the entrepreneurial processes that lead to the creation of firms and the strategic processes that sustain their development both nationally and internationally. In addition, a focus on the individual professional development is part of the research aim of the group. The researches adopt both quantitative and qualitative research methodology. This research area represents a platform for academic and professional collaboration.
