Organizational Design in Action: Organization and Human Resource Management Lab

Entrepreneurs and managers from major companies such as BAT Group, Euronda Group, Mixcycling Srl and P&G, will challenge students with real case studies aimed at designing organizations focusing on diversification, internationalization, external growth, and sustainability.

The project work series is exclusively for students attending the Organizational Development & Behaviour course (Master's Degree in Business Administration).
