How to publish a job or an internship offer
The DSEA manages a portal dedicated to internships and placements, accessible to all students, graduates, and graduating students of the Department. Through this portal, companies/institutions can flexibly manage internship and job opportunities, view CVs, and select brilliant profiles.
Here are the 5 steps of the e-recruitment:
Define the research objectives
What is the main purpose for initiating research with us?
Focus your attention on ongoing or developing projects where you believe the contribution of a new resource would be useful and that could be stimulating for the professional growth of someone entering the workforce.
Define the Company Tutor
Choose a tutor with adequate experience who is willing to share their knowledge with a new resource, in accordance with the contents and timelines of the training project.
Define the Budget
Determine whether the proposed activity will include compensation (expense reimbursement, participation allowance, salary) in compliance with current regulations.
Register the company on the portal
To post internship or job opportunities, the company must be registered on the Department's Stage & Placement Portal.
LOGIN: Welcome!
By the next working day after registration, the company will receive login credentials for the Stage & Placement Portal (sent to the contact email address specified during registration).
Publish a job or internship offer on the Stage & Placement portal
To post an internship or job offer on the Stage & Placement portal, you will need to provide the following information:
- Location
- Objectives
- Activities
- Area
- Duration
- Time/hourly commitment
- Theoretical knowledge, language, IT skills, and prerequisites.
The online submission of the offer, which concludes with the "submit" function, is followed by a confirmation email of the successful publication. The internship and job offers will be visible to the entire network of our students and graduates.
The Stage & Placement Service assists you in preparing internship and job offers directed at the most suitable academic and professional profiles, in line with your company’s needs. To support the recruiting process, the dissemination of internship and job opportunities are promoted through mailing lists and on social media.
Selection
Upon receiving the company's proposal, the Stage & Placement Service will:
- Analyze each application received and ensure consistency between the candidate's characteristics and the selection criteria indicated by the company.
- Conduct pre-selection interviews with candidates upon the company's specific request, in order to present only a shortlist of suitable resumes.
Each application will be reported through an automatic alert addressed to the email of the Contact Person responsible for the contacts with the Department indicated during the registration. At that point you can directly consult the CVs online and contact the profiles you consider suitable.
Each application will be flagged with an automatic alert sent to the email of the contact person indicated during registration. At that point, you can directly view the CVs online and contact the profiles you consider suitable.
