Program structure

The first year’s courses are designed to give students an integrated view of the management of modern firms competing sustainably in the global economy: from sustainable strategies and business models to organizational structures, from business economics to accounting systems.

The second year aims at building skills along three business processes, Smart Manufacturing, Marketing and Digital Transformation, People and Organizations, each of which represents a distinct track:

  • Smart Manufacturing: Lean Management, Sustainable Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Machine Learning for Operation Management.
  • Marketing and Digital Transformation: Relational Marketing, Economics of Innovation, Digitalization and Product-service innovation, Quantitative Methods and Analytics for Marketing.
  • People and Organization: Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management & Compensation, HR Analytics.

Students can choose between one of the above mentioned three tracks.
